What payment methods may I use on the website?

Brilliance quadrant is pleased to accept all major payment methods used in the United States including VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, JCB, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and wire transfer.

 

Why there are items without listed prices?

Many of our products are unable to have listed prices online, such as solitaire rings, engagement rings, and high jewelry items.  For these items, the value of the pieces will greatly depend on the characteristics of the gem stone used.  Customers will have to send inquiries to support@brilliancequadrant.com to get the price.

 

Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase?

By law, sales tax will be charged based on the address of the purchaser.  To find out the amount of sales tax be charged, please enter your address in the checkout page.

 

Do you offer any warranty?

Brilliance Quadrant offers 30 days manufacturing defect warranty.

Customer satisfaction is guaranteed.  All of Brilliance Quadrant jewelry pieces are made by highly skilled jewelers in New York, USA and went through strict quality inspection before orders been dispatched.  If the item you have purchased has any manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service at support@brilliancequadrant.com as soon as possible.  we will be happy to assist you with exchange or refund if it is within 7 days return period.  Defect items passed 7 days return or refund window will be eligible for exchange.

 

May I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service at support@brilliancequadrant.com as soon as possible.  Once received your change or cancel request, we will make our best effort to fulfill your request.

Processed orders may not be cancelled or changed.  You may return your item by following our Return Policy.

 

 Custom Order

 

How do I place a custom order?

You may submit your request through our online request form.  In the request form, you may briefly describe your ideas and one of our customer representatives will carefully review it and contact you with more details.

 

How do I pay for the custom order?

All custom orders require 50% non-refundable deposit of the proposed amount.  The remaining 50% of the total amount is due before we dispatched the creation.

 

What should I do if my custom order item does not fit properly?

All custom orders were created based on information provided (e.g. ring size, wrist circumference, pictures, just to name a few).  The more details and references you provide, the more accurate the fit.  Brilliance Quadrant provides free alteration service up to 2 times for the same piece for the custom made order to ensure the best fit.
