Damages and Wrong Items
At Brilliance Quadrant, we take quality seriously. Each piece goes through minimum two quality control personnel under recording camera. Any claim regarding damages or wrong items will be reviewed. Please send your claim directly to support@brilliancequadrant.com and have the order and tracking number ready.
