Brilliance Quadrant is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages and Wrong Items

At Brilliance Quadrant, we take quality seriously.  Each piece goes through minimum two quality control personnel under recording camera.  Any claim regarding damages or wrong items will be reviewed.  Please send your claim directly to cs@brilliancequadrant.com and have the order and tracking number ready.

International Shipping Policy

Brilliance Quadrant is not responsible for shipping, returning, or any tariffs, taxes, and fees for international orders.  Please contact customer service at cs@brilliancequadrant.com for more information on international shipping or return charge.

Returns Policy

At Brilliance Quadrant, your satisfaction is our goal.  If you do not like the piece you have ordered and would like to make a return, please contact cs@brilliancequadrant.com to get a repaid shipping label.  After the return has approved, please return the jewelry back to us in its original condition within 3 days from the delivered date with original packaging and security tag attached.  We will issue you a full refund to your original way of payment after we have received and inspected the returned goods.
