Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Under normal circumstances, all orders are processed within 10 business days.  Delivery time might be longer before major holidays (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas, and New Year.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Brilliance Quadrant will NOT ship to a P.O. Box address.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

We will send you shipping confirmation once the shipment picked up by the carrier.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Brilliance Quadrant is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages and Wrong Items

At Brilliance Quadrant, we take quality seriously.  Each piece goes through minimum two quality control personnel under recording camera.  Any claim regarding damages or wrong items will be reviewed.  Please send your claim directly to support@brilliancequadrant.com and have the order and tracking number ready.

International Shipping Policy

Brilliance Quadrant is not responsible for shipping, returning, or any tariffs, taxes, and fees for international orders.  Please contact customer service at support@brilliancequadrant.com for more information on international shipping or return charge.
